Amazing! You might be the only person on chemo who can do insanity! You're such a superstar.

Awe thanks! I wouldn’t say superstar but I’m dedicated and determined I guess? Fitness has always been my thing and I just want to try to get back to normal. The chemo I’m on doesn’t make me feel sick luckily and so many other people are getting chemo that is 10000x more harsh than mine. Those people are the strong ones. <3

do you not know where puppies from pet stores come from? someone whos rescued a dog should be more sympathetic. why wouldnt you get a dog from a shelter. only a MORON would spend a grand on a dog. do some research.

I’ve never bought a puppy from a pet store and I don’t plan on it.

Talking about wine while saying you're on chemo. Pretty sure you can't have alcohol while you're going through that. You're such a liar for attention.

When did I talk about wine? I don’t even drink it. The chemo I’m on is called Rituxan. And according to my doctor I can intake whatever I want. I drink maybe once a month if that. And it would never be wine. Always whiskey. .

I wear my wig to the gym too

Thats awesome! I used to go without it but I don’t feel like myself and I feel like I look really frail haha. It’s all in my head but I feel better when I’m wearing it.

Lindsey Runkel’s Rehab & Recovery Go Fund Me Page.

Gutted for homegirl. Lindsey fractured her T-5 and T-6 vertebrae riding last week and currently has no feeling past her stomach. I hope she will be able to make a full recovery and judging by her instagram, she is more than positive and motivated to get back to riding bikes:

I can’t believe the amount of love and support I have received in the past 24 hours. To my friends, family, fellow MTBers, and strangers— you are all the reason I wake up smiling every day. You are the reason I go into physical therapy ready to kill it. You are the reason my doctors tell me they’re impressed with my improvement. You are the reason I will one day be back on my bike. It’s amazing how strong the MTB community is and it’s times like these that make me so happy I am a part of it. Always remember to keep smiling even when things are rough. Sadness will not change things, determination will. Plus, everyone looks better with a smile on’

Show her some love on Instagram & check out her Go Fund Me page

It’s pretty crazy what humans can accomplish with a positive attitude and a lot of help from doctors and physiotherapy. John Cardiel’s story is very inspiring, I suggest watching his Epicly Later’d
